Fifth Harmony Confirms "Down" is the New Lead Single!

Hey Harmonizers <3

Fifth Harmony has decided to use all sorts of Social Media tactics as they continue to reveal more and more hints and clues as June 2nd is nearing.....

The newly created Instagram Account, which was tagged to the studio pictures on Instagram, named "5h3", accepted exactly 5,555 follower requests (and no, they didn't accept mine......), and then uploaded exactly 9 pictures in orderly fashion, purposely creating an even bigger picture using all 9 photos....

Apparently, it was also captioned with "#NoFilter". If you look at the centre square, something is definitely blurred and messed around with. Some clever Harmonizers, decided to play around  by screen-shotting all 9 photos together and tried different filters. Once using the Black and White Filter, Harmonizers were able to uncover THIS!

DOWN

June Second!!!!!

And while Harmonizers began freaking out, a few hours later, our dancing queen Normani Kordei uploaded her own set of coordinates, similar to what Lauren did yesterday, except coordinates directing us to a different location.

— NormaniKordei (@NormaniKordei) May 29, 2017

Similar to Lauren's coordinates being in her hometown of Miami, Florida, Normani's coordinates were located in her hometown of Houston, Texas! Lots of harmonizers, including myself, had already speculated the girls would be doing the same as Lauren did, because of course Lauren wouldn't just be the only one to post....

Now, Harmonizers looked up these coordinates, and found the location to be a mall. What a coincidence this turns out to be regarding some familiar names....

"BOSS store"...? "Gucci"? Coincidence that Gucci Mane is the hip-hop artist we're all speculating to be featured on the single, as he was included in some "writing credits" along with some photos of him being registered as a performer also. Although, I just really hope he's not on the single.... I need a popular single from Fifth Harmony NOT to have a rap for once....

So, some harmonizers ran for their wigs allllll the way to the mall, and checked Snapchat like most did for Lauren's coordinates. And here's what they got!

Fifth Harmony's Lauren Jauregui's Latest Tweet Has Us SHOOK!

Hey Harmonizers <3

Bish, you better be ready, because the actual PROMO for their new single is beginning!

Lauren Jauregui tweeted this out earlier in the day, which are coordinates directing harmonizers to a place in Miami, Florida......

— Lauren Jauregui (@LaurenJauregui) May 28, 2017

A Harmonizer decided to take it upon themselves to figure out what's at this location. Remember Fifth Harmony's tweet from earlier?

It's going down on @snapchat this week.

— Fifth Harmony (@FifthHarmony) May 28, 2017

Well, the Harmonizer went on Snapchat at the very location of the coordinates Lauren sent out, and check THIS out!

If you go to the coordinates in Lauren's Twitter picture and use Snapchat, a geo-filter with partial 5H lyrics appears! (via @myrefIections) pic.twitter.com/Haza2ivNja

— 5H World News (@5HWorldNews) May 28, 2017

Possibly confirming in 5 days a new song will be released, just in time for their appearance on GMA!? And the words that are slightly faded in the background..... Possible lyrics to their new single?

UPDATE: Closer look at the lyrics!

And this was in DOWNtown Miami...... Coincidence that "DOWN" is speculated to be the name of the new single? Our ladies of Fifth Harmony aren't giving us a break from last night, and I bet they'll continue to tease us as time goes by...

Will Dinah, Normani and Ally release coordinates corresponding to places in their hometowns as well? We'll have to wait and see!

New Info On Fifth Harmony's New Single!? (Snippet Included!)

Hey Harmonizers!

So, I know many of us (including myself) are in belief that Fifth Harmony is releasing their new single on June 2nd and also believe they're performing the single on GMA to promote it.... But what if we're all getting excited for no reason? We may just all be in desperate need of new Fifth Harmony music, that the slightest hint of new 5H tunes fuels our excitement even more.... Just wanted to say, before I move along to news on what could possibly be the lead single, but don't get your hopes up too high if it turns out that the single in fact won't be released on June 2nd.....

Not saying it won't, but c'mon, Fifth Harmony and their management aren't dumb. They may follow what Camila did as she announced her lead single on a Sunday and it was released the same week on Friday.... So who knows, maybe Epic/Syco want to take the same route with Fifth Harmony? Time will tell, and our patience will definitely be rewarded... It should also be noted that last year for "Work From Home", their promotion for the single wasn't all that good either haha...

Picture from @tellin_me

Anyways, let's move along to the rumour which had dropped earlier... Apparently, Fifth Harmony's Lead single could possibly be titled "Down"!

Earlier, it had been found out that "Down" was registered in a Australian Music Database (APRA AMCOS).

Unlike "You Take Me To Heaven" & "Beautiful Day" (both are tracks supposedly by Fifth Harmony which were apparently registered in ASCAP, an American Music Database), this one is more believable as there has been mentions of it in livestreams or videos by Fifth Harmony that no one really gave it any meaning until the registration of it earlier this week.

Dinah: "It's going down!"
Sean: "It's going ALL THE WAY DOWN. DOWN DOWN DOWN DOWN DOWN!"

Above is a video of Sean Bankhead and 5H's Dinah Jane Hansen, supposedly at a rehearsal for choreography, where they both repeated the rumoured lead single's name...

While also below, a snippet of a song below has Dinah Jane singing the supposed first verse of the single, in which the lines Dinah sings contains the word "Down" in it!

With all these new hints and details coming in, it definitely seems like "Down" will be included in Fifth Harmony's latest album and could as well be the Lead Single! Still no confirmation that it'll be released June 2nd though, although that Normani interview with AwesomenessTV just keeps replaying with my head as Normani supposedly confirms that a new single will appear June 2nd on GMA...... What do y'all think? Is this legit? Or is everyone getting excited for nothing and there may not be a single June 2nd?! We'll just have to see.. Meanwhile, rewatch the interview and see the supposed confirmation for yourself!

Days Before Album Release, Halsey Releases New Summer Bop With Fifth Harmony's Lauren Jauregui!

The day has finally come for the release of Halsey & Lauren Jauregui's collaboration!

As the release of Halsey's album (Hopeless Fountain Kingdom) is nearing within one week now (June 2nd!), Halsey & Fifth Harmony's Lauren Jauregui have released their music collaboration, and I just can't stop listening <3

Generally, this whole song is just hypnotizing and just such a bop. The chorus and lyrics are amazingly catchy and the vibe is very chill. I can imagine people in the club jamming to this song and chilling at a bar listening, more specifically an LGBT club if I might add. Both women do a great job singing, and I just love Lauren's additional runs during the final chorus, along with the harmonizing in the chorus with Lauren in the background a bit.

Halsey & Lauren are both publicly known as bisexuals. In an interview, Halsey explained her choice to invite Lauren to the studios and feature her on this song, adding that she wanted someone who actually suited this song to make it seem real and authentic. Check out the interview below as she also shares details about her new album as well!

Fifth Harmony's Newest Single is on the Rise!

Fifth Harmony's Newest Single May Be Closer Than You Think!

During the rehearsals for the Finale of Dancing with the Stars (which happened yesterday with several harmonizers and members of the Kordei-Nation disappointed...), it seems interviewer Ruba Wilson managed to reveal what the GMA Performance for the GMA Summer Concert Series is really about...

Much speculation has taken place regarding Fifth Harmony's new single. After former Fifth Harmony member Camila Cabello dropped two terrific tracks over this past week and has been blessing our ears, several harmonizers are eager to see what Fifth Harmony will debut as a follow-up to Camila's debut without her former group members. (Check out Camila's newest tracks below!)

Crying in the Club

I Have Questions

Ever since it was announced that Fifth Harmony would perform on June 2nd on GMA next week, harmonizers have been buzzing over social media that the performance will in fact be the debut performance of their new single. It seems that Normani has confirmed in the interview above that it is in fact true (with the interviewer having a cute harmonizer freak-out then and there <3).

There are a lot more hints that Fifth Harmony is indeed releasing their new single next week, one of which may also be supported by the fact that a music video is currently in the works (confirmed by their stylist who claims this to be his 5th Fifth Harmony Music Video having worked on). Just like last year in February 2016, as harmonizers were gearing up for the release of Work From Home, the girls were working on the That's My Girl Music Video! So, if last year was any sign, the music video they're currently working on may just be for another single and totally unrelated to the lead single for #5H3. Despite this being somewhat random, the working pattern of working on a new music video just as they're preparing for the new single release like last year, could definitely be a sign.

According to Fifth Harmony's hairstylist @ClydeHairgod, the girls are filming a music video today! pic.twitter.com/wTalIdvfH1

— 5H World News (@5HWorldNews) May 24, 2017

Even with all these hints, Fifth Harmony have yet to confirm or deny these assumptions and speculations. They've constantly said that new music is coming "soon".... well, now they've changed it to "very soon" at least.... but a date hasn't been set for any music releases as of yet.... So, we still gotta wait for an actual confirmation. If Fifth Harmony or any of the girls do not post about the single this Friday or over this weekend, then we may all be getting excited over nothing....

But, even if they don't release the new single next week, we have Lauren Jauregui's new collaboration with Halsey coming out this Friday at least! Will be covering this in another post soon! HYPE! Thanks for reading and stay tuned for more updates!

June 27, 2015: Happy Birthday Lauren!

Little Mix: Black Magic Update #1

Hey everyone! I kinda got bored today and I thought that since I am a mixer as well, I can post some Little Mix things on here to satisfy all you mixers out there! I actually watched Little Mix back in 2011 on the X Factor and they had shown great potential on the show. And look where they are now! I'm not as obsessed with Little Mix as I am with Fifth Harmony, but I still keep tabs on Little Mix because these two girl groups are the two most successful at the moment (other than the K-Pop girl groups with like a billion views.....) So in this post, I'll be going over the history of the first single of the girl group's third album and how Black Magic has been doing!

In February 2015, Little Mix revealed that they have chosen the first single from their third album. They said that this whole album introduces a new sound the girls are exploring, and I can't wait. From the success of the first two albums, you can just imagine how Little Mix will come back strong into the music industry after spending months of working on the album. Many fans had already speculated through rumours that the single was called Black Magic and on May 14, 2015, Little Mix confirmed the song's name to be 'Black Magic'! The song was scheduled to be released on May 26th, but the single was leaked online on May 20th so they were forced to release the single earlier on May 21st. As nice as it was to hear the song early, I felt bad that the single got leaked and it was out of the girls' control.

On the very same day the single was 'released', it debuted across the country of the UK through radio airplays and under their record label Syco Music, the single was released in the United States as a single for digital download. The single was also released in Australia on May 22, 2015 for digital download as well. The single is set to be released July 10th in Ireland the UK for digital download, so you better be ready mixers! This single was honestly set as a song the girls' hoped would be their breakthrough in America. Simon Cowell also agreed that it may just be the song that the United States may love and can be turned into a hit. Simon Cowell complimented the song greatly and loves the single, much to Little Mix's surprise. Hopefully Simon can find a way to get Little Mix up there with Fifth Harmony in America, and same for Fifth Harmony in the UK. Sadly, for Little Mix, the song only reached somewhere in the 60s of the American iTunes charts and never debuted onto the Billboard Hot 100 just yet. I bet they'll have big plans to promote the single in the US and North America very soon. For other charts, the single has managed to peak up to #11 in Australia and #155 in France. The single has also peaked to #63 on the Belgium Ultratip Flanders Chart. The single has yet to gain much attention and only has around 10 million views on YouTube after the music video was released on May 29th. The single was performed for the first time live at this year's Capital Summertime Ball and they put on a great show to create much anticipation for the UK release of the single. Check out the performance below!

There isn't much to talk about for Black Magic yet, but I'm sure that Little Mix's management team will get things going. Sooner or later, Black Magic may be turned into Little Mix's most successful track! Let's hope for the best! Thanks for joining me today and I'll be posting about Black Magic weekly. Come back next week and enjoy their music video in the meantime!

Fifth Harmony News Session

Hey everyone! In this post, I'll be going over all the latest news regarding Fifth Harmony. I thought that individually, all these minor news reports wouldn't require a full-on blog post so I'm combining them all together here to make it quick and easy. Enjoy!

Premios Juventud (Awards Show)
On June 10th 2015, it was announced that Fifth Harmony was taking their dance moves and musical talents to the 11th Annual Premios Juventud Awards Show on July 16, 2015! Premios Juventud is an awards show for Spanish-Speaking celebrities in areas of film, music, sports, fashion and pop culture. Past winners include Shakira, Jennifer Lopez, Antonio Banderas and Juanes. I can imagine Fifth Harmony may be performing Worth It, or even better, performing in Spanish or performing a newly announced single! I can't wait for them to perform! They always have the best live performances and they're always so stunning to watch.

Jimmy Kimmel Live

Fifth Harmony will be performing tonight on the late night show Jimmy Kimmel Live! Performing hit single Worth It, the girls may be able to introduce the single to many more viewers and wide-spread audiences who watch Jimmy Kimmel Live. The girls will slay, so you better tune in tonight!

Hotel Transylvania 2
Just announced June 16, 2015, the girls are introducing a new single called I'm in Love With a Monster for the upcoming animated film Hotel Transylvania 2. Minor parts of the song can be heard throughout the first half of the trailer, but you can listen the full song after it is released next month (which I believe is July 7, 2015?). I'm already in love with Lauren's part <3
Watch the trailer and listen closely around 0:48 to 1:20.

Disney's New Princess: Moana

Remember the post I did about the rumour that Dinah Jane Hansen could be voicing Disney's next Polynesian Princess Moana? Rumours have been confirmed that Dinah Jane had actually auditioned for the part and she's hoping to hear back soon!
" I'm crossing my fingers .. My hair.. My eyes hoping I get it thanks I appreciate you "

The role is absolutely perfect because the animated film is a musical, and Dinah Jane has a killer voice! I think I read somewhere that a guy said one of the 5H members was being taught how to act and I bet that'd be Dinah Jane.

If our girl lands the role, she has at least a year and a couple months to voice Moana here and there. I can't wait to find out who plays Moana! The film will be released in November 23, 2016 but keep your eyes open for any news surrounding the new Disney Animated Film!

Next Shows and Appearances (In June)
Here are dates to some of the next shows Fifth Harmony has set for the future:

June 23: San Diego County Fair (Del Mar, CA)

Worth It Update #4

Worth It has proven me wrong! Its still got it going! After Worth It stayed in #18 last week, I predicted it would start dropping. But nope! Its still rising! In this post, I'll be talking about Worth It's success lately. Hope you enjoy!
(*Note*: For the most recent Worth It Post covering August 1st to August 6th, visit here: Worth It Update #11

*This post you are currently reading is from June 18th, 2015)

Like I've just said, Worth It has climbed to a new spot in the Billboard Hot 100. The single has reached a new high of #15! Congratulations to Fifth Harmony on their first Top 15 hit. Think we can score Top 10, harmonizers? I think we can, because the harmonizers came through for their girls this past week by buying and gifting Worth It on iTunes to jump from #12 to #7 in matters of only a day or two! Crazy!!!! That goes to show how much Harmonizers will push through to give their girls the support they need!

On terms of other Billboard Charts, Worth It is still holding it's own! Worth It made its debut in the Billboard Adult Pop Songs Chart with #39. The single has reached a new high on the Billboard US Mainstream Top 40/Pop Songs Chart, managing to leap from #9 to this week's #8. The single also reached #20 for Billboard's Radio Songs Chart and #19 for Billboard's Streaming Songs chart. The song has remained steady on some charts, not changing its position on: Billboard's Songs of the Summer (#17), Billboard's Digital Songs (#11) and Billboard's Rhythmic Songs (#20). The song has also descended into lower positions on other charts like: Billboard's Dance/Mix Show Airplay (#19 to #20) and Billboard's On Demand Songs (From #19 to #21). Worth It may not be as successful on charts this time around, but with Harmonizers' continuing to push for their girls, you never know!

For international charts, Fifth Harmony is rising! In Canada, the song went from #21 to #16! The song has now claimed a top 10 spot at #10 for Malaysia, and still holds impressive Top 10 Peaks in other countries: Lebanon (#1), Israel (#1), Greece's Digital Songs (#6) and Luxembourg Digital Songs (#10). Worth It has been in the Top 20 for these following countries (besides Canada): Philippines (#11), Thailand (#15), Germany (#16), Belgium (#17), Indonesia (#18), Slovakia (#19) and Singapore (#20). A notable change for another international chart is France, charging from #53 to #38. Fifth Harmony is killing it internationally! To all my UK Harmonizers, don't forget that Worth It will be released this Sunday, June 21, 2015! Pre-Order it Today!

Worth It will forever be known as Fifth Harmony's breakthrough in the music industry (song-wise). The single is one of their best ever chart-performers and surpasses their previous song's peak in the Hot 100 by 15 spots. There's no question that we will be seeing more from Fifth Harmony in the future! For now, YouTube views are accumulating 1 million per day and they have reached 50 Million so far! With 500K likes, how many views will this music video reach? Check out the music video below if you haven't already. Thanks for joining me today and talk to you later!
