American Charts (Billboard)
Here are the chart positions for Worth It on the American Billboard Charts:
Charts 'Worth It' has shown an increase in position
Billboard Pop Songs: #5 to #4 (New Peak!)
Billboard YouTube Music Charts: #10 to #8 (New Peak!)
Billboard 'Songs of the Summer' Chart: #15 to #14 (Re-Peak)
Billboard Adult Pop Songs: #24 to #22 (New Peak!)
Charts 'Worth It' Hasn't Changed Positions
Billboard Dance/Mix Show Airplay: #8
Billboard Radio Songs: #10 (Three Weeks Straight)
Charts 'Worth It' has shown a decrease in position
Billboard Hot 100: #12 to #15
Billboard Digital Songs: #14 to #15
Billboard Streaming Songs: #13 to #15
Billboard Twitter Top Tracks: #7 to #17
Billboard On-Demand Songs: #20 to #24
Billboard Rhythmic Songs: #19 to Un-Specified (Dropped Below Top 20)
The decrease in 10 spots on the Billboard Twitter Top Tracks chart is a clear example of how the popularity of Worth It is dying down. There are more 'decreases' on the Billboard Charts than usual and it does look like the single may be falling out of the loop. The 'increases' on some of the Billboard Charts barely show any difference from last week with a 1 or 2 spot difference. The single is definitely still a hit, but there's no telling if the song can hold its own on the charts before new singles from various different artists start to takeover.
International Charts
Internationally, the charts that Worth It have received new peaks this week are:
(These are all new peaks!)
Mexico (Top 20 English Singles): #2 to #1 (+1)
Mexico (Billboard Airplay): #4 to #1 (+3)
Europe: #15 to #5 (+10)
Australia: #11 to #9 (+2)
Slovakia (Top 100 Digital Singles): #14 to #11 (+3)
South Korea (International Chart): #18 to #14 (+4)
Belgium (Wallonia): #26 to #18 (+8)
Italy: #40 to #34
Same amount of changes as last week. Even though there are about the same amount of changes, this week shows strong changes in Europe and Italy. The rest of the charts have rather minor changes but it brings the single up a few positions on the official international charts. Internationally, Worth It is just trying to climb up the charts as much as it can. It's a little bit of a struggle for the single to move up the charts but don't count this single out just yet. Worth It may advance on a few more international charts before it's final hurrah. We never know! So we'll just see what changes there'll be throughout this week to determine if Worth It can still climb the charts!
iTunes Charts (As of August 6th, 2015 10:30 A.M. in Alberta, Canada)
Here's what I'm currently seeing on the iTunes chart in America and internationally:
(Last week's position in brackets; Position Increase/Decrease)
iTunes Mexico: #6 (Last Week: #6; +0)
iTunes Philippines: #9 (Last Week: #6, -3)
iTunes Brazil/Brasil: #10 (Last Week: #10; +0)
iTunes Australia: #11 (Last Week: #8; -3)
iTunes Canada: #17 (Last Week: #16; -1)
iTunes France: #20 (Last Week: #25; +5)
iTunes USA: #28 (Last Week: #20; -8)
iTunes Austria: #41 (Last Week: #38; -3)
iTunes UK: #48 (Last Week: #33; -15)
iTunes Germany: #53 (Last Week: #52; -1)
iTunes India: #61 (Last Week: #100; +39)
iTunes Ireland: Outside of Top 100 (Last Week: #58)
On the iTunes Charts, The single continues to decrease on the charts. The only impressive change on the iTunes Charts is in India, raising Worth It's position up by 39 spots! Other than that, most of the charts show a lot of decreases and is the reason why the single barely shows international changes on the official charts. I just hope Worth It can still hold its own on the iTunes charts!
Certifications?
This past week, there has been one new international certification! Worth It has just received a Gold certification in Italy for selling over 25,000 copies! I love that the single is getting several international certifications rather than just having certifications in America. It makes me really proud to see how much attention they're receiving globally!
YouTube
On YouTube, the music video has now over 1 million likes! Additionally, the music video has gained 15 million more views from the last week's 130 million views. Not bad, but last week's gain was 20 million views. I just hope the harmonizers can keep up with daily views! Is it possible to reach 200 million? Time will tell ;) Check out the music video if you haven't already!
Well, thanks for reading my latest Worth It Update! You may have noticed that the pictures in this blog post are all past photos of Fifth Harmony's appearances throughout April to July. There wasn't any significant appearances so I just used old photos for this blog post. And I do apologize if I sounded depressed in this blog post haha. I'm just kinda over this single now and I really need another single to do weekly reports on. At least they released I'm In Love With A Monster! If you haven't listened to it yet, listen here: 5hfanboy.blogspot.ca/2015/08/im-in-love-with-monster-has-been-leaked.html
Thanks for stopping by!
